Get Down, Get Down (Get on the Floor) is a 1975, crossover, single by Joe Simon. It was the last of his three number ones on the soul chart and his highest entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at number eight.[1] The song was written and produced by Joe Simon and Raeford Gerald.[2]
